Note As of January 1, 2023 the US Department of Energy released a new SEER2 standard that provides manufacturers guidance in measuring the efficiency of their HVAC units. We recommend the installation of all Bluefin Ductless Split Systems to be done by a licensed, trained & qualified HVAC technician with the proper knowledge and background. A trained technician will be able to judge the best location for the air handling (evaporator) unit and also the correct size for the area it has to cool. Should you experience an issue during the installation or the initial startup, please contact the technician that installed the units to troubleshoot with the Bluefin team. Bluefin cannot accept any service or warranty calls from anybody but a HVAC technician. Please refer to our limited warranty policy for more details and how to submit a warranty claim.
